Our aim at all times is to provide ease of service by being open and honest regarding our products and services, providing impartial, professional and practical advise on every occasion and supporting our service with the production of literature and documentation in plain English, with no hidden caveats or small print. Caring for our Staff We are totally devoted to our employees’ health and safety, wellbeing and their continued learning curve throughout both their chose occupations and life in general. Our policy is to keep staff turnover to a minimum thereby promoting long term relationships between employees, customers and suppliers. Considering our Planet At Iondale we have structured our internal systems to commit as little carbon contribution to the environment as possible. Giving Back to the Community Iondale’s Corporate Citizenship Programme is run by an in-house team of staff (CCP Team) who are dedicated to arranging ongoing projects which include supporting the environmental and community, working with the elderly and the young and working with disadvantaged groups. Our projects are intended to address genuine needs, to be of true importance and to receive continued support and in order to fulfil this aim our CCP Team will always implement programmes that they consider to be:
